About the Job
We're seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with 1-3 years of experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our products. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to translate user needs and business goals into seamless and engaging interfaces.

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Develop user personas and user journey maps to inform design decisions.
• Design high-fidelity mockups and prototypes using industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator).
• Ensure visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design elements.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are feasible for implementation.
• Conduct usability testing to evaluate the effectiveness of your designs and iterate based on user feedback.
• Stay current on design trends and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1-3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, ProtoPie).
• Familiarity with front-end development principles (e.g., HTML, CSS) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Material Design for Flutter.
• Experience with user research methodologies (e.g., user interviews, surveys, card sorting).
• A solid understanding of UI/UX design principles (information architecture, interaction design, visual design).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• The ability to translate complex concepts into clear and intuitive user experiences.
• A passion for user-centered design and a strong desire to create beautiful and functional interfaces.
• Proficiency in English & Arabic, both written and spoken.
